The Phoenix Maenam, located within 15 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. It is really close to the airport. We could see Secret Buddha Garden from our window. Perfect for city break...

Always choose here when in Mae Nam. No regrets. Helpful staff found my lost earring on my first stay. Perfect place with Wi-Fi, valet parking, AC, airport shuttle, pool. No pets. Coming back for Christmas.

Nice attention and luxury rooms

Cleanliness and not good updated

I had the most fantastic stay at this hotel. The one-bedroom villa was amazing, with a well air-conditioned room and a wonderful clean pool. The staff were excellent, and the on-site spa was divine. The size of the villa was incredibly big, with a very large living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms. The hotel facilities were great, with a restaurant, bar, gym, and library available for guests. The complimentary daily transfers to and from the nearby Chaweng sister hotel were very convenient. The pool was also a highlight, with a sizeable area for both adults and kids to enjoy. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the complimentary welcome fruits and water were a nice touch.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

We got an upgrade to a bungalow, and had a marvellous time. Breakfast was served at the door every morning and was much appreciated. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The resort is quite remote and far from the beach, but there is a shuttle to Cheweng many times a day where Kirikayan has a beach resort. The fitness room was adequate and we used it alot. Free DVD's, WIFI and use of busness center for printing etc was much appreciated. Relatively close to Bophut and the airport.

The staff could need some more training, but were very helpful and nice. Expensive food in the restaurant, and not much choice outside the hotels facilities due to the location.

Kirikayan Residences is a hidden gem with excellent facilities and lovely accommodations. The staff goes above and beyond to fulfill your needs, making you feel like royalty. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with multiple balconies and a kitchen. The resort also offers a range of amenities such as a beautiful pool, a gym, and a spa. Additionally, the location is great for those wanting to be close to the beach, with the convenience of a shuttle bus.

We liked the fact that the resort was out of the crowded beach areas (though with still good access through shuttle), very relaxing and family friendly. Very nice design with loads of space. Excellent spa and very friendly staff.

During my stay last Christmas, the hotel offered a great spa and massage service at a discounted price which was a great way to relax. The hotel was also conveniently located near restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service that made it easy to get to and from the airport.

the hotel had a limited selection of TV channels which made it difficult to find something to watch in the evenings. Finally, the hotel lacked overall maintenance and did not meet my expectations for a luxury hotel experience.

The hotel's rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was large and well-maintained, and there were plenty of lounge chairs available for guests. I appreciated the daily complimentary shuttle to the nearby attractions, which allowed me to see more of the city.

The breakfast left something to be desired, with a limited selection and average quality. I also found that some of the staff had difficulty communicating in English, which made it difficult to get certain requests fulfilled in a timely manner.
